Recovery

Recovery can be easily forgotten, especially when results start coming. Don’t forget that the improvements come after the workout, when your body repairs itself. Sleep is one of the most ignored aspects of daily recovery.  Sometimes an extra hour of sleep is better than a workout. Also, don’t forget to de-load every 6-12 weeks with either a week of very low intensity exercise or no exercise at all. You will feel the difference.
